Load Boss Alternators 180a Is It Appropriate To Ask The Boss To Hire An Assistant For Me If My Work Load Is Too Onerous?

Is it appropriate to ask the boss to hire an assistant for me if my work load is too onerous? - load boss alternators 180a

You can suggest, but that does not mean you will get.

To hire a new employee must have the correct protocol. First, you need a letter of proposal. It should be reminded why you need an assistant. What benefits the company and his department. You have to attach documents that support your proposal.

It needs some work, but it's worth it.

Best wishes.

I think it is better to ask your boss to help you prioritize your tasks, goals and planning. So, if there is something to be done, "not only his ability to be questioned.
So, maybe your boss is downloading too much and do not know how long it takes, especially items that you succeed.
This person do their work, manage their work and their expectations are created.

It's worth it.

Your company is economically quite well? If not, then it is probably a bad time to ask, because they do not want to commit it anyway.

There are also other proposals, instead of a wizard, could perhaps only some of its tasks to another person.
