I have four feet ten inches. I wear a size 14 in children / 0 in juniors. 32D and AM. Most of the clothes that I tried on my Prom looks terrible. What do you suggest?

Probobly I tend to choose a dress with empire waist. Emphasis will be placed on the hips and make your chest look a bit small. I probobly would opt for a small store because the clothes are more flattering to its small size. Also .. really beautiful accessories and high heels
