Many states require that children wear a helmet, and the passenger on a motorcycle or scooter, which the passenger foot pegs.

I do not know the law of motorcycles in Florida, but one thing I know. The passenger has his back foot on the passenger pegs have. If she can not reach, then will travel. Unless, of course, you can find a way to raise the pins.

Check the laws of the State of Florida. You may obtain a copy of DMV.

I never thought about this .. I live in FL too
My husband is 11 years, our niece for walks, sometimes he is to wear a helmet, and has a safe in his Harley .... I never thought that if there are no rules or a special insurance for this.
I'll keep an eye on your question and see if someone comes along with the answer.
Interesting ..
